1. Reporting Copyright Infringement #

2. Counter-Notification #
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may provide our designated Copyright Agent with a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.

3. Repeat Infringers #
Startup Digital Space has a policy of terminating user accounts that are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had content removed from the platform more than once.
4. Removal of Infringing Content #
Upon receiving a valid DMCA infringement notice, Startup Digital Space will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the affected user responsible for the content and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
5. Identifying Information #
In accordance with the DMCA, once a counter-notification is received, Startup Digital Space may forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The Company may disclose the identifying information of the party submitting the counter-notification to the original complainant.
6. Legal Obligations #
Startup Digital Space is committed to complying with the DMCA and respects the rights of copyright owners. However, the Company is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties and users. If a dispute arises, the affected parties should resolve the issue directly.
